Q: Why am I no longer able to download successfully using Quicken or QuickBooks?
A: A critical update has been released for users of Quicken® 99 or newer and QuickBooks® 2000 or newer. This simple One Step Update can be downloaded at http://www.intuit.com/updates/

Intuit Inc., the provider of Quicken software, has decided they will only support the most current version of Quicken and the prior two versions. Therefore, as of April 20, 2004, Intuit will no longer support online banking and bill pay for Quicken 1999. In addition, Intuit will no longer support online banking and bill pay for Quicken 2000 after May 18, 2004. These older versions of Quicken will not be able to connect to U.S. Bank to complete your U.S. Bank Online and Bill Pay transactions.

To ensure future access to the service, you must upgrade to Quicken 2004 or another supported version before April 20, 2004 for Quicken 1999 users and May 18, 2004 for Quicken 2000 users. To help you through this upgrade, U.S. Bank and Intuit have a special arrangement to provide a $20 discount to all registered users of Quicken 1999 and 2000 when you order today. This offer is valid until April 20, 2004 for Quicken 1999 users and May 17, 2004 for Quicken 2000 users. To order and save $20 now, please visit www.orderquicken.com/usbank or call toll-free 800-811-8766.
