As a U.S. Bank. customer, what are my statement options?
We have four different statement options for all of our Personal and Small Business customers:

• Check Safekeeping - receive a monthly statement with account detail; checks are safe kept by U.S. Bank.
• Statement with Check Images - receive a monthly statement with account detail along with images of your checks; a monthly service fee may be associated with this option.
• Statement with Check Return - receive a monthly statement with account detail and your cleared checks; a monthly service fee may be associated with this option.
• Online Statement - receive a monthly statement online at U.S. Bank Internet Banking; checks are safe kept by U.S. Bank.

How can I view my check and deposit slip images?
As an added convenience, there are two ways for you to see check and deposit slip images:

• click "View" next to the individual check description.
• search for specific checks and deposit slips within the Internet Banking Customer Service option.
